I don't really care how noble it was, if she's allowed to do it, it sets a bad precedent for everyone else. If they ok her in doing her ugly tire farm (and it is hella ugly, so I don't know how it "beautifies" anything), then that means it's ok for other people to do their own interpretation on other vacant lots.
