My business lease is up for renewal in Feb 2016/and I was just wondering what the market temperature is like and if I should grind them for a cut in the price per square and CAM for my office. I under stand CAMs are not really negotiable but the price SQ certainly is and I'm hearing some fantastic office space rates being offered.

I don't have retail store frontage, but up above retail office space in a C or at best lower B access 60 plus year old space in Mount Royal 16Th Ave area.
Any recommendations or suggestions on negotiating would be appreciated.
