You still eat, but just have an incredibly restricted diet. I can't recall all of the details, but there is nothing fermented or with yeast for example. This means everything that you like and all of the seasonings to go with that are out of the question!

I was wolfing down rice cakes with Almond Butter. Day One...seems like a saving grace. Day 8....not so much!
