And there's something giving after the Kuznetsov signing. Roster is only 14 now, but adding 8-9 players w/~$9M in space is more do-able than 7-8 w/<$5M in space.
For Jersey, they still need to add almost another $1M just to reach the floor. But their roster is only 15 players as well, so that will take care of itself.
