I think a flat pad of this size would be around 9-10k. Because I needed a footing and wall for the back half, it brought the price up quite a bit. They also had to remove 2 dump trucks of dirt, a bunch of old concrete and 3 tree stumps. Along with the concrete, you need rebar, gravel, and rather expensive 5 10 mil plastic., plus the weeping tile. I think it all adds up rather quickly.
