House Layout
Quick question for the forum. Looking at a house that has 1 bedroom on the main floor and 2 on the bottom.
There is a den in the basement but no other room on the top floor.
I was just wondering how worried should I be about resale. The house is nicely renovated but not sure how big of an issue the 1 + 2 layout is.
Any advice?
