Yup, I have been on the plan for awhile but I just went into a Koodo store the other day and signed my wife up to the cheapest Sask plan with a Sask number I could get. Tried the same thing and got the same message about having to wait until the next billing cycle. Will change the plan and port her number over then. Shouldn't be a problem I think.
