Yokohama is fantastic, one of the best worker placement games I've ever played.

The main mechanic is that sets it apart is that you've got one 'president' worker, and a bunch of assistant workers. On a turn you can place assistants, who don't actually activate anything, and then move your president, who activates the tile he moves to; the effectiveness of this activation depends largely on the number of your assistants you have there (which you then remove from the board). You can move your president any number of spaces around the board as long as you're passing only through spaces that have your workers. So you need to be placing your assistants both to keep your movement options open as well as essentially powering up the things you want to use on future turns... but in doing so you can't help but tip off your plans to your opponents.

Some of the point scoring is a bit complicated, but the actual gameplay is fantastic.
