Found a good youtube video and manual on HP.com
Video looks like it is to replace the motherboard but it will get me to the fan which is all I need to do....right?

I think I will try it next week when I have some time to sit down and do it. Looks like it is just Phillips #1 & 2 screwdriver which I have.
