Very easy for a beginner to fly without crashing. just stay away from trees for your first few flights until you get the hang of it.
It also has the return to home feature which makes it return to the original take off point if anything does go wrong. I've never had to use it but did try it out just for fun and it came back to the spot within a few inches.
Anyone flying the drone should definitely do their research first and there are a lot of places online where one can look.
