- Rittich, legit NHL prospect and AHL rookie, goes 33/34 in what basically amounts to the biggest game of the year
- Jankowski, first year AHLer, wins the race and battle on the ENer to keep it in the Condors' zone
- Lomberg, second year pro, first year AHLer, who starts his first NHL contract next year, scores the ENer through sheer determination (also the GWG)

A ton of character shown by this Stockton team that was pretty much out of it in January. At their age, one might even argue they had no business being in the playoffs as I think they are the youngest team in the entire AHL. Yet here they are, and they did it with minimal vet contributions (though having Kostka definitely shored up their PP).

Hopefully now they find another gear for the playoffs.
Not only were the young guys the difference in this game, but the young guys-who actually may play in the NHL (Janko, Anderson, etc.)-have been making a difference all year.

Nothing against Agostino-he would have helped the Heat-but I feel better with the Heat making the playoffs relying on younger guys.
