Gravely mostly only makes high end equipment for contractors however alot of it is big/heavy so if you are not doing it professionally I would steer away from contractor units.

My selection would depend on engine, price and warranty. With doing a few neighbours just factor in higher maintenance costs (belts, sheer bolts, sliders and fricton wheels) but even then if you buy a higher quaility unit it will still last a LONG time with normal maintenance. I would not recommend anything with an off brand engine so you can always get parts for it.

A good priced sweeper that would work is the smaller ariens unit, as for a blower yamaha makes one of the best blowers I have used (quiet, throws snow like mad)
Thanks!
