Really helps that he has an incredibily deep roster (for the AHL).... he can easily bench Aliu because he has Rienhardt waiting for a chance.
Lots of players with NHL games on his roster.
It becomes more difficult to motivate Bouwmeester, Tanguay, or Gio or Glencross when they lose focus.
