13 straight starts since the Heat picked him up, and to this point he's posted:

8-3-1 record
1.99 GAA
0.942 save percentage
2 shut outs

This kid has bounced around quite a bit, and has played as many ECHL games as AHL games. Funnily enough, his ECHL numbers are terrible, while his AHL numbers haven't been too bad.

He's only 25, is there any chance he's a late bloomer, and that the Flames might ink him to some sort of contract after the season is over?

Someone posted in that other thread, that Ortio might be loaned to a team in Sweden next season, but either way it wouldn't hurt to keep Taylor around if he keeps this up.

So, Abby watchers, is Taylor the real deal, or will he likely fade?
