The berm "seats" are okay. Bring some lawn chairs and find a nice spot on top of the berm and you are good to go. Get there early-ish for sure to get a spot. Nothing funnier than watching people using lawn chairs on the sloping part of the berm. The slope is best for tossing down a blanket and watching the game.
They do sell out quit regularly. Food prices are very reasonable as well as tickets.
Sunscreen and bug spray are a must if you are using the berm.
