djs, I would add that anyone can vote with his or her wallet, and also engage in discussion. Those are not mutually exclusive. However, employing reason and facts to an ant-vaxxer debate is sadly counter-productive in many cases.
In this case, it really isn't a difference of opinion. This is misinformation that has and will cause serious health issues.
