I've used Aspen Tree Service twice.
Once to cut trees and once to prune after a branch fell on my neighbors power line!
No complaints from me.
That said, my friend contacted them and said they were rude on the phone.
As for me. The previous owner left my front yard as a "native vegetation" garden. No idea if it was ever "nice" since I bought in the winter. That said it's quite overgrown and full of weeds. So far, I'm leaning towards getting someone to raze the whole thing and sod/seed it back.
