Leno used to have the chops as a respected stand-up. Once he got The Tonight Show he settled on doing bland lowest-common-denominator humor.

I believe he is still capable of doing good stand-up. As a talk show host, he is lame. And a back-stabber.

The demographic that enjoys Leno on The Tonight Show are getting old, and NBC should be looking at the younger audience.
