It's just ridiculous, if I drive a car irresponsibly and kill someone I can face up to 14 years in jail for vehicular manslaughter.
If I own dogs irresponsibly and they kill someone I apparently have to pay money and can't own dogs for a while... I feel awful for the family of the grandmother, what a horrific way to go.
