No frills is so much cheaper. I think I only used to go to Sobeys for their apple pies but they changed those and now they're gross.

It really comes down to what's my time and convenience worth.
I can be in and out of Co-op or Safeway in 10 minutes, they're both just a few blocks away, and Safeway isn't
that much more expensive than Superstore (anecdotally for what I buy, at least.) Their produce is ####, however.--and waaay overpriced. Safeway just isn't moving apples, oranges, pears, etc at $5.99+/lb
The closet Superstore is like 15 mins away, I hate the size and layouts of the stores, and I'm struggling to think of a single thing I like (i.e. don't hate) about going there except it's the cheapest place to get good papayas. I don't even know where a No Frills is.
As for produce, I get just about all of it at Crossroads Market. Even in the winter Chongos and Broxburn both have great stuff, and reasonably priced.
