And, most vehicles are governed. But closer to 160. And if I'm not mistaken, if one was to delete the governor's on their cars, it's a stiff penalty.
I don't want to live in world where we are so completely nannied by a government anyways.
"But what of the children!? Won't someone think of the children!?".
I prefer to keep accountability to the individual over making everyone pay for actions of a few.
