You might ask, what are these grids. Basically, a spreadsheet that will tell you what a players will make based on their OV rating. RFA's you can choose to sign for 1, 2 or 3 years. UFA's, you need to sign for 3 years at the listed value. UFA's that do not get signed through the grid process are open for bidding. Jiri will start a thread for that.
