In short: the frontline has been moving at a glacial pace, and it doesn't look like Russia has the manpower or equipment needed to radically change that in the next offensive.
Ukraine is holding.
Drones are improving at a revolutionary pace. We're starting to move from drones using things like grenades, mortar ammo and artillery shells as payload to purpose built drone ordnances. Drones are also more accurate than at the start of the war, flying much further, and with the new bigger payloads they can hurt an increasing number of targets.
The numbers of drones in Ukraine is also starting to get unreal. Ukraine has a goal to build a million drones this year, and Russia is doing no less.
