Bruins actually have a fair bit of cap space next year with Debrusk, Grzelcyk, Forbort all expiring, and $4.5M of the bonus overages coming off the cap. Plus the cap going up by $4-5M likely.

Forbort is interesting in that he was one of those 'we did something' trade deadline acquisitions for Calgary back in the day and was the 6th defenseman. Now he's making $3m a year.
