The first angle shows it the best, his fingers never closed around the puck nor did he carry it any distance, other then the momentum he had already, and in one motion from when it landed in the palm by his hip it popped right back out, losing sight of it in the black palm of the glove for a split second.
Can agree to disagree but a grab squeeze and throw to warrant a penalty would be a lot more blatantly obvious than that IMO.
