I haven't done yoga, my wife took the teaching course a few years ago but didn't keep up with it.
I have a friend who has diagnosed FASD, he has difficulty moving, was always shaky in his movements, and has found that chair yoga really helped. In fact, he went on to take the teaching course and is now the most popular chair yoga instructor in the area.
I haven't incorporated it, but maybe in the future? I'm trying not to get too far ahead of myself.
