This is going to be interesting, and that's a good question. Keep in mind there are other factors that make those schools attractive in some cases, but will it be enough to keep?

Rutgers and Maryland are perennial doormats but bring the NYC and DC television markets to the league. Illinois is similar.

Vanderbilt is in one of the fastest growing cities in the US.

Kansas and to some extend Arizona stink at football but are basketball powerhouses and bring a lot to the table in that regard.
