Good work to try and make a positive change.

One thought; while you're still doing rehab on your knee, have you thought of trying something lower impact for your cardio like a spin bike instead of going straight into treadmill running? Or is the physio recommending you introduce running / treadmill into your routine again?

I used my Mexico trip in November as motivation to cut down and it worked decently. Since returning, I've been focused on a bulk, and I'll be transitioning to a recomp next week; drop carbs, keep protein high but calories just below maintenance.
