It grinds my gears that the norm for meetings is to start 2-3 minutes late. If the meeting is at 9:00am, then it should start at 9:00am. I know it's only a few minutes, but it always annoys me when I am on and ready to go at 9:00 and the host does the old "we'll wait a few minutes and then get started". Why is showing up on time so hard for some?
