Basically if a scene doesn’t involve Moiraine, Lan or Two Rivers folk (or a villain or if they bring in new main characters) it should likely be cut.

The people Demandred recruits later. The random Aes Sedai hunting for black ajah in the tower. Great generals stuff. Balthamel/Aginor reborn. Theorizing about metaphysics or over complicating power usage/techniques. Stuff they should trim a ton. Spoiler! Seanchan, sea folk, forsaken sub plots, horn, black ajah, black tower.
