No, I don't really want dark mornings in the winter. But I really, really don't want dark evenings in the summer.
Which is why I think we should keep daylight savings time. It makes sense in a location where the differences between summer and winter are so great. But apparently people get tired two weekends out of the year...
And if we have to keep one time, western Saskatchewan has been handling permanent daylight savings time for years and seems to manage it.
