That's a similar but different sculpture by the same artist in Prague. Metalmorphosis is in Charlotte, NC.
The one in Prague is larger than the one in Charlotte, but doesn't have a fountain.
If something like that cost the equivalent of $1.75 million Canadian to build in Prague, the cost to build something similar in Canada would likely easily surpass $2 million. That also doesn't include the ongoing operation and maintenance costs of a kinetic sculpture.
