Do they not get alarms, or at least keep records of unauthorized transports? If I was her captain I'd have her kicked out of Starfleet and maybe even sent to prison. Hell, this better come up later in the show, because a lot of people saw that mess hall, and when they go to work in that cargo bay the next morning we already know the tricorders are going to detect that alien's blood and know what it is. Piss poor writing. And I love the Tilly character. Not the actor's (either of them) fault in the slightest on this one.

Also, are security cameras not all over the ship!?
