Sure, security for the field and hotels fifa and the teams are in. Sure, heightened, but BC Place holding WWc and Olympics and 60k concerts, it’s infrastructure and plans are in place and utilized regularly.
Hardly writing blank cheque for FIFA, that’s just code for “I haven’t really asked how much it may cost, and I’m opposed to it anyways based on party lines, and not going to be anywhere near the legislature in 8 years, so who cares”
