Looks like Morocco is finding creative ways to line the pockets of Blatter, who is allowed to be bought off now, and the Asian, South American and African country federations may all get a piece of the cash pie to swing their vote.
Likely the reason the NA bid was pushing to get the proposal through without competitors, knowing that some country like Morocco would pull a stunt like this.
