Tabac/section K. It's the corner coming down the hill after the Nouvelle Chicane. The research I did suggested going to the top row of K. This was sound advice as you could turn around and have a bit of a view of front straight and first corner. You could also see a bit of the cars climbing the hill to the casino, the cars coming out of the tunnel, through the chicane, around the corner and then to the piscine area.
I have some digital camera videos I took from the stands. This is 6 years ago, handheld, and shot on a small camera so it's not super quality but you'll get the idea.
