I love all sorts of soup and it's probably my favorite food. But when I say that, I include things like pho, congee and chili which to me aren't soups technically, but because they're "liquid" I sort of include them. Italian wedding, split pea, chowder or completely different but still awesome are traditional Chinese soups which my mom makes... So good.
