Nope, not officially.
BC and Saskatchewan don't play each other again, so they both could have won out and finished ahead of the Stamps if the Stamps had lost out.
After BC's game, but before the Stamps-Riders game, there was still one scenario that could have seen the Stamps miss the playoffs -- Calgary loses all remaining games 21 points); BC & Saskatchewan win all remaining games (22 & 26 points respectively); Edmonton wins all remaining games except those against BC & Sask (22 points); and Winnipeg wins all remaining games except against Edmonton and BC (24 points). The Riders actually could have afforded 2 losses, as long as neither was to the Stamps. The Bombers could have been okay with a win against Calgary and either Toronto or Ottawa.
It may have been so unlikely that its chances rounded to 0%, but it still could have happened.
