Not really. Local Oilers shill David Staples coming out with the shocking revelation that a "larger" "tougher" Oilers roster is a better team is akin to a hot take. Of course he thinks so: Staples would write an article about the tremendous benefits that the Oilers' regular proximity to the aroura borealis combined by the perfect assemblage of players named "Mark" and "Ryan" on the roster as key ingredients to future success if he could only find a source to make such claims.
