haven't been in 5 years, but most of the museums were free entry.
changing of the guard at Buckingham palace was pretty cool.
get an oyster card for subway travel. cheapest and easiest way to get around the city.
if you're not eating in, Marks & Spencer was a really affordable place for takeaway food.
as was said, AMA was easiest place to get the adaptor.
