Portland has a notorious past of white supremacy. It has been bubbling underneath for some time. To me, there is no doubt that these racists/nationalists are feeling empowered in the last 6 months. You can feel it.
As for this most recent incident, the perpetrator has made himself known as a serial #### disturber in recent months.
