I didn't see a sign that says "no parking on roadway". The labeled sign on the diagram is a standard no parking sign that you'd see on any road. The CPA review says there is one at every entrance to SAIT, but even if I take that as true, how would I know that a "no parking on roadway" sign on 19th ave applies to every road within SAIT? (well, now I do, but in a legal sense)
