Looking for opinions and recommendations on curry pastes.

-Brands: Blue Dragon, Maesri, Mae Ploy, etc?
-Jars, cans or individual packs, etc?
-Types: Thai Red, Green, Indian Butter, etc?
-Best places in Calgary to get them?

Not looking for recipes to make the paste itself but would also like any easy Curry noodle, rice, or soup recipes.
