That isn't degradation, that is a fun conversation. Whether you believe so or not, there is a lot of difference between establishments putting "raw fish and rice" together.
I think Misato has dropped a notch. Currently really think that Zipang and Big Catch are top notch. Zipang for nigiri and other traditional sort of dishes, Big Catch for rolls.
