Mason McDonald, the Charlottetown Islanders’ goaltender earned the third star. In 4 victories, he maintained a goals against average of 2.23 and an efficiency of ,945, receiving on average no fewer than 40 shots per games. On 2 occasions, in Saint-John and Halifax, he made 40 or more saves. Last Saturday, he completed his 2015-16 regular season by recording a fifth consecutive victory against Acadie-Bathurst.
