Hydra tried to frame shield for an attack on the UN.

Wards brother is a senator that wanted to take shield down.

Hydra laid a trap to kill shield agents around the world.

Mockingbird totally kicked the crap out of Hydra agents.

Looks like Shield aren't being run down as terrorists anymore as Ward's brother made a trade for his brother.

Turns out that Ward is a psycho liar, his story about his brother in the well turned out to be a lie, Ward tried to murder his brother.

In the end as they were hauling Ward off he escaped from Shield.
