Something didn't feel right. The heroes all knew time had changed, but time travel is a messy business. Was the second chance worth it? They might never know.

Samus threw her helmet on the ground, looking tired. She looked up at the group with a purple glow in her eyes.

"How long have we all been fighting evil? It feels like forever. One step forward, two steps back. Never gaining ground. What's the point? What are we fighting for!? No matter what, the human race will want to ruin what we have!"

"It's too bad I couldn't see my duty through here, because my associate and I were ready to purge this world of every trace of humanity and start over. The good Doctor was just trying to stop humanity from ruining what it had, but a robot kept stopping him. This time, it would have been my power suit alone that made our dream possible. It would have been a wonderful thing to see."

As the heroes slowly surrounded Samus, she stood her ground, purple eyes glowing ever more fiercely. She jumped in the air and pointed her arm cannon at GGG, firing a Super Missle towards him. Suddenly, the Super Missle turned around and smashed into her uncovered face, ending any threat that she posed.

The familiar portal opened up, leading to another end of the day everyone was glad to see. They had something positive to work with.
