All I meant is that I think he has a lot more to give than he showed last season and in the playoffs. Despite getting old, he is still in phenomenal shape. I think he needs to reinvent himself to remain effective, rather than just coast into the twilight of his career.

He was very effective last year and doesn't need to re-invent himself at all.
There is some revisionist history about Iginla's season last year for some reason or people just expect way too much out of a 34 year old player that was a power forward much of his career.
