What I got out of it:
- Thinks based on body of evidence they have (from being in the crowd games) that the fans are supportive, love the way they’re playing, the style of play, and the effort. The fans feel a sense of grimness but are supportive.
- While things with management may seem quiet from an outside view, there is lots going on behind the scene.
Message to fans is:
- Patience
- Gratitude for loyalty
- Thinks Flames fans are the most optimistic in the world
- Understand that the plan they have is not for public discussion
- Nobody should believe that there is no discussion taking place within the organization
- Denied any meddling has/is going on. They have never stopped anyone from what they’re doing, or forced anyone to do something.
- They are working hard to get this right (pretty sure this has been said word for word multiple times over the past few years)
