I guess the only reason would be that you could switch from provider to provider no problem. But if you know that you are going to be with Wind for a while, I don't think there would be a reason not to do this, providing Wind puts it on their WINDtab plan.
Regardless, $359 is a pretty fantastic price.

And holy crap. Was completely asleep on this. Didn't think Google would release it considering they canceled the event. At this price range, I'm really considering picking one up instead of a Note 2....Gah...such a difficult choice.
